Delivery Policy
We strive to have all orders despatched the following day. Each brush is individually manufactured and hand finished meaning this is not always possible depending on product demand and availability at the time. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for despatch. We use Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service with a delivery claim time of 2 - 3 business days.
Currently United Kingdom orders will not be subject to VAT.
International orders may be delayed by the courier process and customs clearance. All orders are sent via a tracked service and you will receive tracking information via email when your items are dispatched. Any additional charges such as customs charges must be paid by the buyer as we do not have control over these. If you refuse a parcel due to these additional charges, a refund of your items will be issued once we receive the parcel back. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Please note once the item has been marked as delivered and is showing to have been delivered to the correct address by the courier, unfortunately we cannot be held accountable for the delivery of the parcel. We recommend you contact the courier with your tracking number if there are any issues with the delivery of your order.
Please ensure your address is correct as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect information. If you notice you have provided a wrong delivery address and inform us of this before we have dispatched your order, this can be corrected on our system. If delivery has already been arranged, additional delivery charges to the new address may apply. Once an order has been dispatched to the original address provided, there is no way of redirecting this parcel.
If the courier leaves a parcel in your chosen safe place, with a neighbour or with a third party postal service by your request we hold no responsibility if it is lost or misplaced.
Returns Policy
We have a 14-day returns policy which means returns can be made within 14 days from receiving your order.
To start your return process please contact us to request a return with your order number and reason for your return. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if the seal of the brush pouch is broken.
In the case that we accidentally send you the wrong order, a brush model or fit that you did not order, we can resolve this by arranging for the correct one to be sent to you and the wrong one returned to us. Please check to confirm it is the brush you ordered before breaking the pouch seal by checking the information on the back of the sealed pouch. The fit of the brush is denoted by N° followed by the relevant number. We do not take responsibility for the accuracy of your measurement. If you are not happy with the fit you requested when it arrives, unfortunately we cannot take responsibility in the form of a refund, return or exchange. Support is available to you regarding the fitting process prior to you placing your order.
All items are thoroughly checked before despatch to ensure they are of the highest calibre. Please inspect your items on arrival. If, on the unlikely event, a faulty item is delivered to you, please contact us and our team will assess and resolve this for you.
Refund Policy
We will contact you to inform you once we have received your return to let you know if a refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note there may be a delay by your bank to process the refund which is out of our control. Depending on the reason of your return, a processing and delivery fee may be deductible from your refund, you would be informed of this at initial contact.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
If you contact us to cancel your order before your order has been despatched, we can cancel your order and you will receive a full refund. You will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note there may be a delay by your bank to process the refund which is out of our control.
Delivery cannot be cancelled once a label has been printed.
You cannot cancel your order once your order has been dispatched.

Limited Edition:
'Limited Edition' products are products that we only sell a limited number of or we sell for a limited period of time. That means that once the release period is over or the limited number is sold out, they are either marked as sold out or we take them off our online shop. We reserve the right to bring them back at a later date for a further release. We will usually announce the launch of Limited Edition items in advance. We can’t guarantee that Limited Edition products are available for the whole release period, as they are always subject to availability.

We reserve the right to end promotions and discount codes at any time under our discretion.
